What is the function of Radio Publisher? To provide a global, culture-sensitive communication expressing a wide range of topics of general interest to others using a combination of current technologies. Television programs are distributed through other support resources such as public community and commercial radio stations.
Who receives information published on Radio Publisher? Community and public radio station broadcast may receive the appropriate CD for their publishing needs. The  public may request a publication on CD and DVD media for specific topic areas that are open to general direct input.   Also, live phone interviews are possible with call from Radio Publisher.
Who is the management of Radio Publisher? Market World, Inc. of Wichita, KS USA provides the technical resources with the assistance of remote relay station volunteers remotely.
How is programming constructed? Program content is generated through a combination of applications: One is from individual contributions that email an attachment sound file to a relay station volunteer station.   The manager of that location edits and combines the sound file with other files to form a common theme.   The common sound file (between 30 to 90 seconds) is either forward to Radio Publisher or is used in a program in development at the relay station. A program log is provided to the receiving station for selecting programs. Program Developers generally have their own website with static IP address.
May an individual create their own radio program?  Do they receive compensation? Programs of different length may be produced for broadcast provided that they follow guidelines of ethics and conduct and is culturally responsible.  Completed audio programs may be forward to a relay station for possible inclusion as a section within a larger work, or recorded on CD and postal mailed to Radio publisher.  All submissions are free of publication restrictions.  A multimedia CD is available for individuals, businesses, and organizations  to submit to the resources for creating the master audio program for a nominal annual membership fee.  CD updates are included within the fee.  the relay stations on the network that create programs are exempt from the annual submission fee.

Program developers receive 80% commission on one 15 second commercial that runs on any commercial radio station in addition to other compensation programs. Program developers should encourage sponsorship of their program with the advertisement.

What are the requirements of becoming an affiliate as a relay station? Affiliate relay stations must have a suitable working website with a dedicated IP address and have the ability to upload a sound file to a directory assigned to the website.   The sound files are rotated with fresh files and rarely take up much space.   MP3 file is the sound file format used.  A relay station must have sound editing software.  Anyone over 18 years of age may apply for affiliation. 

There are two status rankings of relay stations: Affiliate and Probationary.   Probationary status is the first association which indicates that none of the audio received from the relay station is  NOT broadcast "live".   After a year or suitable evaluation that standards have been maintained, the affiliate statues is granted, allowing extensive latitude  in program development as well as instant live audio delivery. A PC compatible computer is needed to run the CD (mentioned below).

Who can become an affiliate? Anyone 18 years or older.  Webmasters, current broadcasting radio stations, ham radio operators, students of radio management, researchers, writers, musicians and others.
Does an affiliate have to receive content relating to all channels of topics? No.  Any one or combination of choice representing any length of program development.   Some programs may be regularly scheduled by day, week, or month.   The majority are topical programs focusing on a particular interest.
Do program affiliates get paid? Not as such.  Affiliates are their own identity in their own management.  However, with that mentioned, Affiliates receive 35% of any production that they produced that is distributed on CD audio or with the visual support of CD Video.   DVD audio data publications are also possible as well as DVD video.  Individuals, radio broadcasters may order copies of previously presented topical broadcast.  This support is offered for compensation of equipment and editing time.   Home based businesses may incorporate this service.

Affiliate MAY, at option of Radio Publisher (Market World, Inc.), upon satisfactory performance as a Relay Station, following ethical guidelines established for audio journalism, become a distributor of multimedia CD and DVD at resale commissions.  Extensive information is provided on the CD mentioned below.

What support do affiliates receive? Affiliates are listed on this website as a source for contact for anyone wanting to publish anything of an audio nature that falls into any of the topical audio channels given.  They are provided with their own email address on this website.  Affiliates should have, however, a mailbox to receive audio files.

Affiliates receive a free multimedia PC compatible CD that gives them access to a large number of resources to administer and manage sound files for publication.  It is also needed to submit a synopsis of the audio file for the air log schedule.  It is postal mailed for address validation and other security applications.

Does the network support political or religious programming? Because of the global nature of the content received for published, entering into political commentary, other than news announcements, or religious orientation value presentation is not in the interest of cross cultural understandings.   If presented in a news format relating to an event, it is accepted.
Does the general public have access to this radio resource? The general public will  have access to the resources that are available to radio stations through Internet broadcasting.  Radio broadcasting companies may receive a license to rights to re-broadcast designated programs.
