	Legal: Radio Publisher The function of Radio Publisher is to provide he transmission and diffusion of sound and video content for radio and television including the collection and compiling of radio and transmission media for live or rebroadcast by air or global networks. A reserve right notice for Radio Publisher and TV Publisher as international brand names is hereby given. All content submitted for publishing and distribution, when, without fee for services, may not be reproduced by any other party. Individuals or businesses may order bulk quantities at reduced price for re-distribution. The original pre-editing content may be used by the audio author and does not transfer ownership to Radio Publisher or Market World, Inc. Only the content, published by Market World Net® is subject to copyright restrictions. Submitted materials may be "for hire" contracted, in which case, copyright restrictions may apply only to agreement specific to the application. Market World, Inc. reserves the right to publish any content that is against any policy now or in the future may be established. Languages: English is the established publication language, however, any language may be used. Any language other than English may be subject to an audit fee to establish the legality of the content and that it does not violate any content standards or policy. The minimum standard of audio content is that all content shall be free of vulgar language, of good family moral standards and non-adult in nature. Services relating to supervising of websites and the delivery of information is of a service of Market World, Inc. The provider of such information warrants it to be offered freely for distribution and will hold Market World, Inc. or any individual associated harmless relating to the delivery, or lack of delivery of any specific content on behalf of the author or presenter of information or graphic. Market World, Inc. does not warrant any program content presented by Radio Publisher™ for any specific application. Action taken on behalf of any listener to any Audio Magazine suggestion for any business action shall not liable Market World, Inc., or the provider of the content of the program with any associated audio, graphic or text information published. Before entering into any business transaction, any business should use due diligence and consult with legal resources of the countries in which any business arrangements are made. All materials submitted for broadcasting, or support materials, are claimed that they have full ownership rights to the information and any copyrights or restrictions are permitted for the broadcasting or inclusion on CD, DVD, or any other communication format. Market World, Inc., may forward any content submitted to other public broadcasting media at the decision of management or associates of Radio Publisher as a courtesy to the Topic Presenter in any Audio Magazine. License Rights to publish to any re-broadcasting facility using any media is granted to Market World, Inc. for any submission to Market World, Inc. including, but not limited to, music, audio information by any presenter, or graphics that may be submitted and re-transmitted. Publishers and users of Market World, Inc. published content, shall hold Market World, Inc. and any associated Affiliate or associated Agency blameless and void of any liability in the usage of any content published in any media. Market World, Inc. does not endorse any product or recommendation presented on any program or advertisement. Opinions expressed in any presentation are of the presentation party. License to rebroadcast any content provided by Radio Publisher is monitored for length of time through access grants found on resource materials delivered to radio broadcasting station. Usage without this license is prohibited. Listeners of Radio Publisher, that suspect illegal or fraud activity, should bring the source to the attention of Market World, Inc.

	Privacy: With the exception of necessary communication in the interest of possible transactions in forms, Market World, Inc. does not collect information for the publication of re-distribution or for e-mail communications. No business shall use the resources of Market World, Inc. for the collection of or cause distributions of information collected in association with Market World, Inc. to be distributed to a third party, or used in postal mailing or Internet applications. Contribution shall be at the disclosure of the User of any publisher or individual of any content on this or any other media as to the release of any information. Publishers, in absence of any declaration to the contrary, declare they agree with this notice. Publishers and users of Market World, Inc. published content, shall hold Market World, Inc. and any associated Affiliate or associated Agency blameless and void of any liability in the usage of any content published in any media.



	LICENSE GRANT to Affiliates of Relay Stations
	Market World, Inc. (licensor) grants to you upon satisfactory meeting membership approval, the right to use provided resources while membership is in effect. You will not assign, sublicense, transfer, pledge, lease, rent, or share your rights under this License Agreement. You may make one copy, to be identified by the registration number provided, as a secondary, backup copy. The resources provided, however, may be used on any number of computers, as long as it is under direct control of the licensee.


	LIMITED WARRANTY
	The resources provided are functional on standard PCcomputer operating systems. This warranty is expressly conditioned on your observance of the operating, security, and data-control instructions provided within the pages found within. Licensor disclaims any and all promises, representations, and warranties with respect to the condition, its conformity to any representation or description, the existence of any latent defects, and negligence, and its merchantability or fitness for a particular use.

	LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
	Cumulative liability to you or any other party for any loss or damages resulting from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the license membership fee paid to Licensor for the use of resources on any Market World, Inc. websites, including the site on which this notice is posted. In no event shall publisher be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages or lost profits, even if publisher has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

	PROPRIETARY PROTECTION
	Any server-delivered component or remote resources, including data on CD and DVD, and other media is the sole ownership of Licensor, except for Exceptions listed. Of those Exceptions, usage of any resources listed in Exceptions are subject to the rights given to the Licensor by the providing companies. Licensor shall have exclusive ownership of all right, title, and interest and to the resources provided and all modifications and enhancements thereof (including ownership of all trade secrets and copyrights pertaining thereto), subject only to the rights and privileges expressly granted to you herein by licensor and Membership class. This Agreement does not provide you with title or ownership of the data or client media in user's possession, but only a right of limited use and all rights terminate on any withdrawal of a membership class under which the limited rights are granted. You may not create or use any resource provided except in relation to a website that is so indicated as Market World Net® brand name. You must keep the license granted free and clear of all claims, liens, and encumbrances.

	RESTRICTIONS
	Unless you have been granted a Distributor License, or upon permission by a Distributor, you may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any component of the client media or from the website on which this notice is posted (electronically or otherwise), or any copy, adaptation, transcription, or merged post on thereof, except as expressly authorized by Licensor and Rights of Authority to Distribute. Your rights may not be transferred as a Membership, leased, assigned, or sublicensed. No service bureau work by any membership, multiple-user licenses, or time-sharing arrangement is permitted, except as expressly authorized by Market World, Inc. Distributor License does not have the authority to offer exceptions. The Member may not transfer Membership and the license rights associated with the membership class.

	DISTRIBUTOR LICENSES (Sub-License Grant)
	A distributor, other than Market World Net®, if a license is granted, may make any number of copies of their assigned Master Copy of any media product providing each copy has been assigned a serial number provided by the Licensor and is attached to the label on the media by printing. Distributor may not grant sub-license rights to any duplicated copy, except as granted expressly by Licensor.

	TRADEMARK of LICENSOR
	"Good Morning Kansas®", "Good Morning®", "Market World"®, "Market World Net®", "MarketWorld.net™", "Markt Welt®", "Mecato Mondo®", "Bazar Mir"®, "Auction Everything®", "AuctionEverything.com™", "Kansas Visitor",™ "Wichita Visitor™", "Good Morning Wichita®", "Wichita Flea Market™", "LookAtAd®", "CouponOn.TV®", "Exploring Kansas™", Exploring Wichita™", "Kansas Garage Sales™" are trademarks under control of Licensor. No right, license, or interest to such trademark is granted hereunder, and you agree that no such right, license, or interest shall be asserted by you with respect to such trademark.

	TRADEMARK of GRANT TO DISPLAY by LICENSOR
	"Delorme" is a trademark belonging to Delorme, Inc. and is licensed to Market World, Inc granting rights to distribute to "colleagues, clients, customers, or prospects, including via fax, including paper copies". Active membership is required with Market World Net® or Good Morning Kansas® for usage by a duplication distributor or client member. Notice relating to usage of content derived from Delorme: "The system is suitable and intended only for general visual reference use. It should not be used for any purpose requiring exact measurement of distance or direction, or for precision in address location or in the depiction of geographic features. Routing directions should be used only as a travel aid and must always be visually verified by the user on the ground and executed with due regard to traffic and road conditions, road signs, and regulations."

	GOVERNING LAW
	This License agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, USA.

	COST OF LITIGATION
	If any action is brought by either party to this license agreement against the other party regarding the subject matter hereof, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover, in addition to any other relief granted, reasonable attorney fees and expenses of litigation.
	SEVERABILITY
	Should any term of this License agreement be declared void or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration shall have no effect on the remaining terms hereof.

	NO WAVER
	The failure of either party to enforce any rights granted hereunder or to take action against the other party in the event of any breach hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver by that party as to subsequent enforcement of rights or subsequent actions in the event of future breaches.

	INTEGRATION
	This agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of Licensor's obligations and responsibilities to you and supersedes any other proposal, representation, or other communication by or on behalf of Licensor relating to the subject matter hereof.
